  • Co-developed gameplay mechanics centred around combat encounters and player engagement strategies to drive compelling co-op experiences.
  • Fostered strong cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, art, and production teams.
  • Provided hands-on guidance throughout development to align creative vision with technical feasibility.

  • Mentored five artists transitioning into design roles, conducting workshops, lectures, and coaching sessions.
  • Created documentation and reference materials to help artists understand game design principles.
  • Facilitated cross-role collaboration to integrate art and design seamlessly.

  • Worked with technical teams to improve tools and processes, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency for our bespoke game engine.
  • Standardised workflows across the team to improve iteration speed and maintain design consistency.
